Young Schoolgirl Beaten, Thrown To Her Death By Teacher...
A Chinese schoolgirl was beaten with a metal reinforcement bar in front of her class by her history teacher before he threw her out the window of her fourth-story classroom. Her name was Zhang Yaoyin, she was 11-years-old, and she died.

The Education Department gives strict orders forbidding teachers from hitting students. However, on September 20th afternoon, in the #12 Middle School in Yongzhou City of Hunan Province, a very heinous act occurred. A history teacher not only used a metal reinforcement bar [for buildings] to beat a student in the classroom, he also used his bare hands to throw the beaten student off the fourth floor of the school!
This incident happened in 2006 September 20 and the video was uploaded to Youku two years ago. However, a recent topic on Mop featuring the Youku video brought new attention and new comments.
Here is what happens in the video:
0:54: The girl victim’s clothes stained with blood and covered with flies, some of her teeth that were knocked out, her shoes, and hair.
1:09: The girl victim’s name is revealed as Zhang Yaoyin, 11-years-old, and the male history teacher who killed her is Li Henyi, 28-years-old.
1:32: A classmate of the victim describes what happened (see below).

Witness: At the time, the teacher grabbed her hair and slammed it into the desk, about 5-6 times, and then slammed her head into the desk behind her 5-6 times. It has not been long since the Kaiping Incident happened, a friend of mine sent me a video, asking me to translate the dialogue inside. This video is about 9 minutes long, the schoolgirl in the video first being beaten by schoolmates, then forced to take off her clothes and filmed. What more, the reason this incident happened was all because this female student had altogether stolen things three-times from her fellow students, and those beating her and forcing her to take off her clothes are all her schoolmates, and further there are voices of many female classmate in [the video]. The several students using violence do not reveal their faces throughout the video. However, in their dialogue they disclosed that they will upload it onto the internet to let “Ma Le/Lei Lao” [unsure, maybe this is a Cantonese name] all see it. I do not know what is wrong with these Guangdong children, and why do these horrific incidences happen so frequently? I do not want to excessively express my anger, I only want to expose/make public this incident. Everything I give to society and the law to deal with and punish.

11 Siswi SMA di Pagaralam Nekat Mandi Bugil di Sungai
Sebanyak 11 siswi Sekolah Menengah Atas berpose bugil di Kota Pagaralam, Sumatra Selatan. Fotonya kini beredar luas di masyarakat setempat. Foto-foto belasan anak baru gede (ABG) itu terlihat santai dengan pose bugil berbaris rapi di pinggir sungai setempat.
Para pelajar itu hanya mengenakan celana dalam saja tanpa ada penutup bagian penting lainnya sehingga bentuk tubuhnya terlihat dengan jelas. Sebelumnya, di Kota Pagaralam pernah dihebohkan oleh video mesum yang diperankan pelajar dan mahasiswa di dalam gubuk kawasan kebun kopi milik warga setempat.
Beredarnya foto yang menampakkan bagian dada, badan dari kaki hingga kepala tanpa ditutupi sehelai benang itu diketahui sekitar dua hari lalu. Namun peredarannya masih tersembunyi. Foto tersebut mulai menyebar secara berantai melalui transfer handphone.
“Kami mendapat foto pelajar sekolah menengah atas (SMA) diduga berasal dari Pagaralam ini melalui transper handphone (HP), namun tidak tahu pasti dari sekolah mana,” ungkap Dendi warga setempat, Kamis. Ia mengatakan, peredaran foto-foto parade telanjang siswi ini selain di kalangan pelajar, pegawai termasuk kalangan umum, bahkan para pejabat teras,, sehingga menjadi buah bibir di lingkungan Pemkot Pagaralam.
“Saat ini setiap orang sering membicarakan tentang aksi siswi nekat itu dengan membuat parade foto telanjang, sehingga selalu menjadi bahan pembicaraan, karena cewek ini statusnya masih sebagai pelajar disejumlah SMA Kota Pagaralam,” kata dia.
Hampir semua orang, kata dia sudah memiliki foto itu sekarang ini, sebelumnya memang sekadar pembicaraan, tetapi belum ada barang buktinya. Memang peredaran foto-foto perempuan berumur sekitar 17-an tahun ini cukup mudah menyebar sehingga hampir setiap orang dapat memilikinya, kata dia lagi.
Sementara itu Kapolres Kota Pagaralam, AKBP Abdul Sholeh, mengatakan belum mendapat laporan jika ada belasan siswi SMA di Pagaralam melakukan foto telanjang secara beramai-ramai, namun akan tetap melakukan penyelidikan termasuk mengungkap siapa saja pelaku dan penyebarnya.
